Looking for cheap penis enlargement surgery? Book a flight to Croatia.

Penis enlargement surgery“The daily Vecernji List” reports that Croatia has become a novel, low-cost destination for penile augmentation surgery.

The paper cites the case of an Irish man in his early 20s “Marcus B.”, who confessed he had his penis enlarged at a clinic in Zagreb for 60% less than it would have cost in the United Kingdom or in the US.

He was ready to pay $16,000 for surgery in the United States, but, just like you, he decided do to some research on the Internet. Thus he found “Poliklinika ” clinic in Zagreb ran by Dr. Ivo Dzepina. and got what he wanted for almost $6,000.

Here are the contact information of the clinic:

Poliklinika “Dr. Maleti?”

Doc. Ivo Dzepina, M.D.

Street: Trg Kralja Tomislava 1/1

Phone: +385 1 3774615

But, before you pick up the phone, a word of caution… Personally, I believe that penis enlargement surgeries should be viewed as desperate, last resort methods. They are painful and intrusive.

In most penis enlargement surgeries the basal ligaments are severed, broke up and you’ll need to stretch the penis vigorously over the course of 6 weeks or so to prevent the ligaments from reattaching and to cement the results.

To thicken the penis (increase girth) they do fat transfers from other parts of your body, take a skin graft, or use Alloderm (processed cadaver tissue) onto the circumference of the penis over the penile tunica right under the skin.

I highly suggest trying other, less invasive methods before resorting to surgery.

Also, the conclusions of a scientific study posted in volume 49 of “European Urology” state that:

“Division of the penile suspensory ligament or other augmentation techniques may increase penile length but usually not to a degree that satisfies the patient. Men with penile dysmorphic disorder often have unrealistic expectations regarding the outcome of surgical intervention and should be encouraged to seek psychological help primarily, with surgery reserved as the last resort.”

Which just means that men weren’t satisfied with the gains after penis enlargement surgery.

Before considering penis enlargement surgery make sure you know what the average penis size is.

Where’s the rush? Have you tried pills, exercises and extenders?

P.S.: The link I’m about to post next is extremely graphic. It’s made lots of guys reconsider penis enlargement surgery. I warn you! It’s a discussion on MyNewSize.com started by it’s former owner. It includes explicit graphic content. Serious complications arrised 10 weeks after the surgery. His nightmare lasted 7 months, after which the signs of infection were still visible and his gains had completely dissappered. Dr. Krakovsky ? BTC breaks his silence ? Maximum Exposure

Penis enlargement surgery… the only way?

penis-enlargement-surgery-phalloplastyLife.ru reports that a man in his late thirties baffled doctors at a clinic in Moscow when he asked them to reduce the size of his schlong.

The 40-year-old had phalloplasty (penile enlargement surgery) back in February. Later, he changed his mind and now wants doctors to reverse the operation and bring him back to his original size.

It’s reported that Konstantin F., who had his member extended from 15cm to 25cm, complained to doctors that several women had left him since he had the enhancement, because intercourse was becoming painful.

The practice of penis enlargement surgery is an uncommon way for men who are dissatisfied with their endowment. Unfortunately, it is expensive, intrusive, and dangerous in many ways. Serious complications can result that will leave you worse off than you were before.

Phalloplasty, as it is scientifically referred to, is the process of reshaping the penis through surgical means. There are several ways of accomplishing this task.

To increase length, the surgeon will detach the ligament that connects your penis from your pubic bone. This will enable your penis to extend farther from your pelvis, but it will cost you in terms of the angle of your erection as well as your control of it.

Usually, the maximum effect that can be obtained through surgical means are an additional inch to two and a half inches of length and a possible 50% increase in girth, but your initial penis size will determine what can be done by your surgeon. In terms of girth, there are a number of options.

A surgeon can transfer fat tissue extracted from elsewhere in your body to your penis, or skin tissue. Both of these methods require a procedure to remove the tissue before it is implanted ? either liposuction or a skin flap removal. In addition, a product called AlloDerm is available ? consisting of processed cadaver tissue (yuck!), it is less invasive but carries the threat of rejection.

There isn’t much scientific consensus on which method is “best,” however. Most complications come from excess scar tissue from the incision and surgery. If you do take the plunge, find a surgeon who uses a laser-assisted method to reduce this potentially serious problem. It’s even possible for this scarring to reduce your length ? not the desired outcome.

Overall, surgical penis enlargement has a 6% infection rate, which can lead to even more serious problems.

With the fat transfer method, your penis can also end up looking irregular and lumpy, and the biggest inconvenience with any surgical penis enlargement method is the long recovery time before you can use it for what God intended. In addition, a possible chance of hematoma is present in any surgery.

The cost of these procedures is also a major issue ? they can range anywhere from $4,000 to $20,000. In addition, patients seeking additional surgery recur at a staggering 5% rate, indicating that the process is far from fully satisfying.

For a gentle approach to penis enlargement, my recommendation is SizeGenetics.
